So when you are looking into renting a vacation cabin realize all the rental cabins and all rental companies are not the same.  Please be advised of the following:
 
1. Pictures on a website can be very deceiving.  Sure the cabins look really nice and clean...but are they?
    * Absolute Paradise has the cleanest cabins in the Smokies & we do not digitally enhance our website pictures.
 
2.  Many rental companies will say anything it takes to rent a cabin and what you, the guest, want is ignored.
    * At Absolute Paradise our top goal is customer's satisfaction.  We want quality customers who want quality service.
 
3.  Will your vacation cabin have a properly stocked kitchen?  Will the pots and pans be clean and will you have enough of them?  The same goes for flatware, dishes, and glasses.  With many rental companies the answer will be "NO".
    * With Absolute Paradise this is a given.  Through our proprietary cleaning system and our checks & inspections we are confident you will always find everything you need in the kitchen and it wil be in excellent condition.
 
4.  Will your cabin be stocked with quality linens & towel and a sufficient number of them?  Most rental companies use low, hospitality grade linens and towels.  They are often irregulars and heavily worn.
    * Absolute Paradise uses only top quality linens and towels.  High thread count sheets and big plush towels.
 
5.  If you have a problem will the rental company be there to assist you?
    * Absolute Paradise is always here for our guests.  Whether it is physical assistance or information given over the phone, we are here for you.  In fact, it is not uncommon for Absolute Paradise to help guests from other rental companies when they were left on their own by their rental company.
